i woke up before the alarm went off.. but i decided to just lay there for several more minutes before i finally got up.. made coffee..showered for 5 mins... check some text messages i received while i was asleep.. timecheck.. 630AM..sipped coffee.. took out a bowl.. poured milk and my capn crunch cereal.. gobbled em all up.. TV wasturned on.. showing the sunday mass.. ^645AM.. prep some more.. wore my white Vneck uniform.. my new pair of white shoes that i bought yesterday... 650AM.. locked my room, rushed to the hospital which was just 2 or maybe 3 blocks away from my new home.. well.. this has been my routine for almost 3 weeks now..

655AM i arrived the OB wards. thats the time i remembered that my post is OPD (out patient dept) for today. meaning.. i arrived early.. i should be there by 8 pa.. oh well.. that's the consequence of going to the hosp everyday.. you lose track of time and days.. to pass time, i borrowed angel's acer laptop and brought it with me here at mcdo to enjoy their free wifi. thanks ange! and also thanks to mcdonald's!

i enjoyed the new episode of grey's anatomy(s05e18).. it's so complex..unlike the last episodes which were a bit boring for me..

life could seem complicated and hopeless at times.. only 'cause we choose to view it that way. or we become afraid to act for fear that we'll not gain anything or lose more. second, life is temporary, as doctors we see death everyday and so yeah i agree that every person we choose to care about might be just another loss somewhere down the road but that should never stop us from fighting and doing our best to push back death, to prolong life as much as we can.. lol.. that episode made me teary eyed..

surprise!!

unfortunately..

my laptop stopped working since last week!

whatta loser.. :p

i know it sucks! no new posts for now..well except for this one. im at the LRU.. i was on my way to the library when i thought of making a short post.

no new episodes of supernatural, gossip girl, grey's anatomy, house, heroes, naruto and bleach for me. this only bothered me for, i think, 2-3 days. that's the withdrawal part. so im not that much of an internet addict. it only gets boring sometimes at home when i can't think of anything else to do aside from studying and reading my books. the good part is that i have more time now to study and do other stuff aside from surfing the net, blogging, chatting and all sorta stuff that i used to do. i strongly believe that this is God's way of letting me put more time in my studies and more important things for now.:p especially this week, we'll be having our final exams.. just 2 more weeks before our 2 week sem break!

what about my laptop? my friend james and his bro albert were super duper nice. they tried everything to fix my notebook but to no avail. they told me that i would have to send my notebook back to HP for a free fix. i just found out that hp recalled some models(DV6000, DV 2000, DV9000 series and also some compaq presario laptops) due to hardware defects and my notebook is included in their list! first, my wifi stopped working several months ago and just last week it went loco and kept restarting every 20 seconds. i still have my broken notebook with me and im not yet sure when i can have it fixed. too busy procrastinating..

i was supposed to blog about a funny incident last week before my computer gave up on me.

i was on my way home, walking towards espanya. i remember climbing the overpass when a girl who goes to the same school, called my attention. she asked me if i had my hair straightened coz it looks lovely. i was like "r u f-ing kidding??" lol.. i felt that my hair looked unkempt and i was rushing to go home that time. i was surprised at first and i didn't know what to say. i even checked the surroundings to see if it was only a prank or a modus of some sort done by pickpockets and their accomplices-but i saw noone. lol.. paranoid? :P

AB girl: "miss, nagpa-straight ka ba?"

cams: ah oo..

AB girl: saan?

cams: tagal na.. sa prov..

AB girl: saan nga? angganda kasi. (smiling)

so i realized, was this stranger really complimenting my hair? was it really an honest to goodness thing?? ha ha.. oh well i said yeah.. i had a hair rebond. she asked where was it done. i said it was doen a long time ago, half a year to be exact.. she asked again where. i told her it was back in the province. i just found it a bit weird that a stranger talked to me just to tell me how much she liked my hair. i felt flattered. :p another funny thing is that just a few mins before it happened, dak asked me what was i going to do if a stranger would come up to me and ask me how was i doin.. if ill answer back or not. i said it depends if he's good-looking.. LOL..

it is usually highly endemic in some parts of palawan, mindoro, ifugao, kalinga and agusan. i think the endemicity in other provinces used to be higher in the past and had already decreased since there are lesser breeding grounds for the vector with lesser swampy areas and forests.

ok. before you fall asleep, enough with the boring stuff. according to our professor, a number of residents of taguig were rushed to our institution, just a few weeks back, and they were later confirmed to have malaria. this is alarming since taguig is quite near. it's part of the metro and this places a lot of people at risk, especially those who often hang out in bars and restos in this area. it is in taguig where we find the fort. we all know a lot of us frequently hang out in these places. there is serendra and bonifacio highstreet. imagine, the mosquito can survive the pollution in this city? they reported this immediately to the Dept. of Health. i dunno if these people had a history of travel to endemic areas mentioned above. i guess the do not..oh well.. i hope it's just a minor case or i will really be afraid to go to the fort. :p

yay!! so what to post? nothing very special. haha! i just got home from our pedia community. the pedia department gave free vaccinations for the babies. too bad it started to rain when we(i, together with my friends) decided to leave early. we rode the pedicab from our community near legarda back to espana.. one-way trip costs about 20 pesos per person! would you believe that??

i dunno if ive been busy or what.. or just plain lazy to update my blog. nothing special as ive said. but then i cant help but be sentimental for this special moment.. haha.. that's the corny me! im just really happy that somehow, i feel at peace these days. this blog had a rough start. i had a bumpy road, but fortunately, things are now running smoothly. time for a new chapter of new and fresher things to cherish..
