memoirs of a med student: rubik's cube

my brother, michael, graduated last april 5 from Feu college of nursing.. yey! a male nurse.. i would like to congratulate him.. actually, 4 in our family graduated this year.. ate myrene, my sister in law also finished her degree in hotel and restaurant management. after the very long and difficult OJT, she finally made it! my 2 nephews graduated from pre-school as well. Mika, finished nursery, martin finished kinder. Congratulations to all of them. :)

my mom cried during Mike's pinning ceremony.. she couldnt believe that her bunso(youngest child) finally finished school.. so technically, im the only one left posponing my parents' retirement. :p hehehe.. just a few more years..

i went to SM-MOA with my kuya while mom and dad attended mike's graduation at picc.. i actually just spent my whole time just walking around the mall.. i bought a rubik's cube from toy kingdom.. just the 3x3x3 cube..

after Mike's grad, the original plan is that we are going to saisaki for dinner but on our way there, the changed the plan out of the blue and just decided to eat at ma mon luk.. im not sure who suggested to eat there but they all agreed to just go to ma mon luk.. well, except for me.. sashimi na sahimi na ko nun! :p

i think im really the blacksheep of the family.. im the different and weird one.. hehe.. i always have a different opinion and i want different things.. anyway, i didnt want to be a kj, so i just agreed and also ordered mami. i ate some of mommy's siopao.. you see... ma mon luk mami is best eaten with siopao, a sweet pork dumpling. my brothers and our dad love to eat their mami with siopao sauce and hot sauce. (ma mon luk mami has that distinct urine like smell..the aromatic smell.. not the smell of UTI urine.. lol )
